1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Tubidy you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the service.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for any activity on your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your country) to register.
- One person per account. Shared accounts and impersonation are prohibited.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Tubidy to:
- Upload content you do not own or have a clear licence to distribute.
- Publish material that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or dangerous.
- Harvest data about other users or automate interactions with the service without written permission.
- Attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, or overload our infrastructure.
- Distribute malware, phishing material, or other harmful payloads.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of videos and other content you upload. By uploading, you grant Tubidy a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to store, transcode, display, and stream that content for the purpose of operating the service. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies we are legally required to retain.
5. Our rights
Tubidy may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:
- Remove or disable access to any content that violates these terms or applicable law.
- Suspend or terminate accounts involved in repeat or severe violations.
- Modify or discontinue features of the service.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your settings page. We may terminate an account that repeatedly violates these terms. On termination, your content is deleted within 30 days unless legally required to be retained.
7. Disclaimers
Tubidy is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of any user-uploaded content. See the disclaimer for more detail.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tubidy and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll bump the last updated date above and, for material changes, notify active account holders by email. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, where Mobiventura Limited is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong unless otherwise required by law.
